Live your best life

20–21 February 2027 · Te Whenua, Queenstown

A Queenstown Longevity Retreat Built Around You

Two beautifully paced days to understand how you move, build strength, recover, nourish and thrive, using objective health measures, expert guidance and your own personal Longevity Review

Measure what matters. Understand what it means. Leave knowing what to do next.

Registe Your Inteest

More Than a Queenstown Wellness Retreat. A Clearer Starting Point.

Most of us are surrounded by health information, yet still don’t know what actually matters for us.

This two-day Queenstown wellness retreat is designed to change that.

Set at beautiful Te Whenua, the experience combines objective health assessment with movement, strength, recovery, reflection and exceptional food — all with the space and attentiveness of a premium retreat.

You’ll arrive curious about your health. You’ll leave understanding it far better.

And at the centre of the experience is your own Longevity Review: a personal snapshot designed to show you where you are now, what your results mean, and where to focus next.

The Longevity Retreat is a two-day Queenstown wellness retreat built around your personal Longevity Review:

Objective, physiotherapist-designed health measures, interpreted in plain language and paired with movement, stillness and goal setting.

Your Health, Made Visible

Your Longevity Review looks across five areas that contribute to how well you live, move and recover:

MOVE · BUILD · RESTORE · NOURISH · THRIVE

It brings together your pre-retreat questionnaire and objective testing completed during the retreat to create a clear snapshot of your current health and wellbeing.

It isn’t a diagnosis or a scorecard.

It is a starting point, helping you understand what is already working well, where there may be opportunities to improve, and what deserves your attention next.

You don’t need another list of things you should be doing for your health. You need to know what matters for yours.

Two Days Designed Entirely Around Your Wellbeing

There is something different about being genuinely looked after.

Tea appears when you need it. Someone is there to answer a question. There is time between sessions rather than a rush to the next one.

For two days, the logistics are taken care of so you can simply focus on yourself.

Alongside your Longevity Review, you’ll experience Pilates, strength training, meditation, mindful walking, journaling, a sound bath, expert education and beautiful plant-based food prepared by Te Whenua owner and chef Jenny.

You do not need to be exceptionally fit, experienced in wellness retreats, or already using a wearable. But if you are, that’s great too!

Come as you are.
