Sports Physio Queenstown, Physio Caitlin’s, Queenstown Physiotherapy Clinic Up and Running

Need an ACC physiotherapy Queenstown no referral?

As an experienced Queenstown physio, I’m excited to be back in the clinic after my second maternity leave. I’m now busy back at work work with patients, based out of Align Studios in Remarkables Park.

At Physio Caitlin, my goal goes beyond treating injuries, I’m here to help you move better, feel stronger, and get the most out of life. With over 15 years of experience in private clinics across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Japan, I’ve trained alongside leading orthopedic specialists and now bring that global, high-level approach to every patient I work with.

Sports Physio Queenstown: What makes Physio Caitlin different

It starts with truly personalised care. No two bodies are the same, and neither are their goals or challenges. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, dealing with ongoing pain, managing a chronic issue, or pushing for better performance, every treatment is tailored specifically to you.

And it’s not just about short-term relief, it’s about getting to the root of the issue. My approach blends hands-on therapy with evidence-based exercise and clear, practical education. The aim isn’t only to reduce pain, but to help you understand your body, move better, and stay injury-free for the long run.

Why is Physio Caitlin different from other Queenstown Physiotherapy options?

Addressing root causes
Recurring pain rarely happens by accident. I work to uncover the underlying drivers of your symptoms: Whether that’s inflammation, movement habits, posture, or even the impact of stress. I can help you move more freely and feel better long term, at any age.

Data-driven, world-class tools
I use advanced VALD strength testing technology to track your progress with clear, objective data. It’s the same standard used in leading orthopaedic and high-performance environments worldwide, giving you measurable insight into how your body is improving.

Longer, more valuable appointments
Initial appointments are 60 minutes, with all follow-ups 45 or 60 minutes. This extended time giving me the time to properly assess, treat, and, just as importantly, help you understand what’s going on. Evidence shows us when a patient fully understands their injury and rehab plan, they recover better. So we spend the time to do exactly that.

While I love working with athletes, I’m just as passionate about helping everyday people move past the niggles, stiffness, and discomfort that interfere with daily life.

What I offer at my Physiotherapy clinic in Queenstown

My approach combines a range of techniques to support your recovery and performance: From hands-on therapy and soft tissue work to Clinical Pilates, dry needling and functional movement training. Everything is tailored to what you need most.

I use the most relevant and up-to-date research to inform my clinic reasoning and treatment plans to help you recover, while also aiming to prevent further injury occurrences.

Healthy movement is just the beginning of your wellness picture

Improving how you move is only part of the picture. My goal is to support your overall wellbeing with care that’s thoughtful, individualised, and grounded in experience. Whether you’re returning to sport or simply want to feel better day to day, I’m here to help you get there.

When you’re ready, I’d love to help you take the next step: Towards stronger movement, better understanding, and a body that feels good to live in.

About Caitlin:

Passion for Movement: I love balanced movement. If you’re a gym fan, balancing that with one weekly yoga session is key. This balance helps inform my treatments. My favourite activities to do in/around Queenstown are: Strength training/weights, Pilates, yoga, snowboarding and the occasional surfing trip to Riverton!

Parenting Perspective: As a mom to a toddler and four-year-old, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing parenthood with maintaining strength, fitness, and health. I can support fellow parents on their journey to wellness, offering practical insights and empathetic care.
